Overview
Arrive at 10 am and familiarise yourself with our beautiful studio environment and your fellow students for the day.
Using live music played by some of Melbourne's top musicians you will observe a demonstration of a professional artist using the beat as inspiration.
Your first work of the day will be a free expressive exploration where you experiment with colour, texture, composition and personal vision using music as the undercurrent for your inspiratioin. Students will then look at the strengths and weakness of their own raw artistic language.
After lunch, participants will create a work of art, maybe even a masterpiece on canvas!
Enjoy this fun and exciting workshop in an artistically inspired atmosphere.

Time of workshop: 10 am - 3 pm
Lunch Break: Approximately between 12.30 - 1 pm - Please bring your lunch or you can purchase it in one of the local shops.
Please remember to wear old clothing to our workshops as they can get very messy.

Maximum of 12 students per session.
Session Time
This is a full day of creativity. The class begins at 10 am and will conclude at 3.00 pm. Your day will include half hour for a lunch break.
Guidelines & Restrictions
Please wear old clothing that you don't mind getting paint on (it can sometimes stain and ruin fabrics!). We also advise you to wear comfortable shoes.
