Watch the sun reflecting off the myriad of canals and waterways and view the surrounding forest covered mountains of the Gold Coast Hinterland - this is truly the most spectacular flying area in Australia. As you are flying you will feel no wind because you have become the wind - this is the unique sensation of ballooning. You are being transported on an aerial nature walk by the world's oldest and most romantic form of flight. Your flight will last approximately one hour but your memories will last a lifetime.

Our Breakfast Celebration - Tasting the Gold Coast ... a feast of the senses! After the exhilaration of flying effortlessly above the beautiful Gold Coast skyline it's time to gently wind down with a sumptuous fully catered champagne buffet breakfast at the prestigious Radisson Resort Gold Coast.
The award winning Chelos restaurant located at the Radisson Resort, is nestled within the internationally acclaimed Palm Meadows Golf Course and offers a superb buffet menu to satisfy even the most fastidious diner. Enjoy indoor or alfresco dining amid the soothing relaxation of this tropical paradise. Sip chilled champagne as you savour the superb gourmet cuisine whilst reflecting on your unforgettable hot air balloon experience. After breakfast everyone recieves one of our beautiful personalized flight certificates signed by the pilot as a momento of your ballooning experience.

Carrara (Gold Coast - Queensland)
This tour departs from Carrara. A flight confirmation will be sent to all participants on booking with a comprehensive meeting point map.

Numbers
From 2 to 46 depending on location and availability. Please try to book at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment.
Session Time
Approximately 4 hours in total from check in to completion of your champagne buffet breakfast celebration. The flight itself is 1 hour.
Guidelines & Restrictions
We will need to be informed of someone has a medical condition that may preclude them from flying e.g back problem. We do not fly ladies who are more than 12 weeks pregnant. Casual comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear (no thongs) and a hat.
The experience takes place on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We operate under a Commercial Air Operator's Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and are insured to the full extent required under the Air Carriers Liability Act. All our pilots hold commercial pilot licences.
Extra Info
Discounted prices apply for children aged 3-14 years. They must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to fly.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Cancellation Cover provider.
