Plateau Highlights
Description
This tour provides an introduction to the enormous variety of the National Parks in the region. We take our time to watch the rich birdlife and enjoy the views from lookouts. Staying in Cabins within the National Parks, exclusively rented for our group, adds yet another dimension to your nature experience. We can drive to all campsites and hence enjoy the walks with a light daypack. All walks are on good tracks and are graded easy.
Our focus is on interpretation and a truly relaxed nature experience. Price includes transport, 2 nights accommodation, all meals and expert guidance and interpretation.

Participant Guidelines
The walks are suitable for adults of all ages and of average fitness and health. Children should be not younger than 12 and used to walking. Please let us know in advance if you have any medical history, e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, stroke etc. We will send information about things to bring prior to tour.
We have full licensing with National Parks & Wildlife Service incl. for wilderness areas. We also have Eco Tourism accreditation in acknowledgement of our high quality interpretation and low impact on the environment.

Must be booked at least 2 days before activity.
Session Length
We spend 3 full days walking leisurely in National Parks. As we start early on the first morning and return late on the last day, you will need to stay the night before and after in Bellingen. We can arrange pick-up and drop-off in Coffs Harbour and accommodation for you.
Numbers on Day
Small groups of 4 to 8 participants with one guide or two guides for more than 4 participants.
