Full Day Introduction to Fly Fishing
Description
Join us for a full day where you'll learn to fly fish and see how easy it can be, right here in Sydney. Our workshops are designed to teach you the important basic skills to get you fly fishing successfully in freshwater or saltwater.
In this workshop we cover the following subjects:
* clothing and equipment
* how to set up your equipment, for example: knots, leaders and lines.
* Casting theory and practice and line handling with casting sessions conducted outdoors (on grass).
All equipment and materials plus course notes are supplied.
Meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.

Participant Guidelines
The cost includes includes morning and afternoon tea. On the day please bring your lunch, a broad brimmed hat sunscreen and wet weather gear if required. You need to be of average fitness. Children must be a minimum age of 13 years old and must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet at Balgowlah North Public School. Manning St, North Balgowlah. Bring a broad brimmed hat, sunscreen and wet weather gear. Equipment is supplied on a replace if broken or lost basis. NB: casting with Graphite rods is dangerous during electrical storms, casting session will be cancelled.
