Bowen Therapy - Bondi
Description
On arrival for your consultation and treatment we discuss and assess any health problems you wish to be treated 10-15mins. You then experience a gentle relaxing treatment on both sides of the body fully clothed, (ideally loose clothing for comfort). You may feel tingling sensations, like energy moving through your body, this indicates stagnant energy freeing up.

Participant Guidelines
Bowen can be received by everyone, even injured people, young and aged. Pregnant ladies can receive bowen. If you have a mouthguard or recent orthodontic work (root canal, plates), then I cannot work around your jaw, if you have conceived/pregnant then I do not work around the lower spine (coccyx) otherwise no other restrictions.

The actually treatment can take 45-50 mins. A short discussion for around 10 mins prior to each treatment.
