Overview
Each V8 supercar hot laps session starts with a briefing in the pit lane, introducing the technical specifications of the V8 super car.
We then explain the safety aspects pertaining to the V8 hot laps. Once you're suited up with custom overalls and a helmet, you'll be ready for your V8 supercar ride. Choose your car and driver and we will take photos of both you and your driver with the car (and again when you're strapped in ready to go).
Then the V8 engine is fired up and almost 600 horsepower of acceleration kicks in! The awesome braking and cornering of the V8 super car usually comes as a huge surprise, as there is nothing in your normal driving experience that can prepare you for the abilities of a purebred racecar. These cars will usually reach speeds of up to 230km/h and on some racetracks are capable of reaching speeds of up to 260km/h!
Choose from either a morning or afternoon session and lunch is provided during either session. Only our professional driver will be behind the wheel during the hot lap experience, where you will be the passenger.
No matter, if you're a FORD or HOLDEN fan then you can now choose! There are 3 Holden V8 super cars & 1 Ford V8 super car (ex Alan Jones).
Location
Camden (Sydney - New South Wales)
This experience takes place in Oran Park, NSW - approximately 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD.

Numbers
There will be just you and your driver in the car however there may be between 20 and 50 others in the whole group. Spectators are welcome, so be sure to invite your friends along to share in your excitement.
Session Time
This experience is 3 hours in duration. The ride days are scheduled for at least one meeting a month on weekdays only. We operate morning sessions (9:30-12.30pm) and afternoon sessions (1.00-4.00pm). Please book 4 - 6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, numbers are restricted.
Guidelines & Restrictions
For safety reasons, physical limitations apply. You should be between 1.37 and 1.95 metres in height, weigh less than 130kg and suffer no serious ailments. If unsure, please check with us at the time of booking. No license is required. Children must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
The V8 Supercars are the real thing. We have 3 Holden VS Commodores with a 5 litre Chev and 1 EL Ford V8 Supercar. All have EFI engines capable of a top speed of 295km/h. You are guaranteed at least 5 hot laps. Restricted numbers mean transfer of a booked date within 28 days will incur a fee. Hot laps are run in all weather conditions. If the track is wet, we use special wet weather treaded tyres that generate incredible grip.
Extra Info
It is advised that you wear lightweight non-restrictive clothing and you will be provided with a full race overall to wear over your own clothes and safety helmet.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Cancellation Cover provider.
